As part of the activities slated for the Social Week, students of the University of Maiduguri gathered to celebrate the school's annual cultural day as it was custom. But, a final year student from the Department of Agricultural Science had other plans at heart, as he decided to take the celebrations to another level by giving it a taste of glitz, glamour and royalty.
He came through dressed in a royal Yoruba attire and riding on a horse with loud sounds of drums, music, twerking damsels and a large entourage of loyal friends and subjects. A King for a day he was, and he had all to show for it, even the 'agwalumos' (the ladies). See more photos below...
