Kano Celebrates Gospel Music Star, Queen Esther Smith

I can only but imagine how hard it is in convincing people that you were actually born on April 1st. A day the world recognizes as Fool's day, and people tend to play pranks on one another. One would be like, "it's my birthday today" and the reply would be, "oh please, April fool".

Well, the city of Kano seem to have gone agog (though no hash tags) as it celebrates the birthday of one of its finest gospel music stars; the Jara and Adonai crooner, the delectable, ever smiling and spirit-filled Queen Esther Smith (aka Q.E.S).

The birthday which insiders revealed has been scheduled to include a visit to an Orphanage and an all-girls party is definitely going to be the talk of the town as good will messages have been pouring in from fans, family and well wishers on the Singer's social media accounts.
