I didn't want to post this but I had to cause, I got much love for Tekno who won 'Best New Act' award.


And so the 2016 edition of the MTV Africa Music Awards, which took place yesterday, October 22, 2016, at the Ticketpro Dome in Johannesburg, South Africa saw the host country dominate the list by winning six awards, while Nigeria went home with five. Though it will be a six-six if you consider the fact that 'Best Collaboration' has a Nigerian, Wizkid in it.

Also big ups to Nigerian celebrity blogger, Linda Ikeji who got nominated for 'Personality of The Year' award, though she lost to Caster Semenya of SA.
